How do I clock in with the Simplin app?
Simply tap your phone on the NFC tag at your workplace. The app will automatically recognize the tag and record your clock-in time. Make sure NFC is enabled on your device.
What if my phone doesn't have NFC?
If your device doesn't support NFC, you can use the PIN pad feature in the app as an alternative clock-in method. Ask your manager for your workplace PIN code.
How do I connect to my workplace?
After creating your account, enter the store code provided by your manager. This will link your account to your workplace so you can start clocking in.
Can I work at multiple locations?
Yes! You can connect to multiple workplaces in the app. Go to your Profile and tap 'Add Another Workplace' to enter a new store code.
How do I view my work hours and earnings?
Open the Simplin app and navigate to the Earnings tab. You can view your daily breakdown, total hours, and estimated earnings for any pay period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile section in the app, or visit our account deletion page at simplin.ai/delete-account. Please note that account deletion is permanent.
